Hentel -- Mrs. Lilli Hentel, 89, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Great-Great-Grandmother, died peacefully Friday, February 14, 2003. Lilli was born July 31, 1913 in Basel, Switzerland. She is survived by her children, Harold Hentel and wife, Patti of Washington, Janet Dustin and husband, Harold, Judy Whitney and husband, Chuck, of Albuquerque, NM and Ann Beaty and husband, Don of South Carolina. She was blessed with 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Lilli loved crossword puzzles, baking, gardening and was an accomplished pianist. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be conducted Thursday at the Fitzgerald & Son Funeral Home Chapel at 2:30 p.m. The family would like to express their appreciation to the Albuquerque Manor for their loving care. We love you Lilli and will miss you greatly. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.
