Wilson -- Gerald A. Wilson, 70, went home to be with the Lord on January 18, 2003, in Albuquerque. He is survived by his wife, Betty L. Wilson of Albuquerque; daughters, Barbara Norfor and husband, Emanuel of Roswell, Constance West and husband, Aundre of Albuquerque, Gina A. Bell and husband, Edgar Bell, Jr. of Albuquerque; son, Gerald M. Wilson and wife, Diedra of Bay City, TX; brothers, Arthur Wilson and wife, Sally, Charles Wilson and wife, Marion; sisters, Julia Evans, his twin Geraldine Brown, Delores Mountain and husband, Robert all of the Washington, D.C. area; grandchildren, Shalena Norfor, Robert Norfor, Theresa Brown and husband, Kevin, Carressa Moffett and Bobby Moffett, Jr., Chanselor Bell, Shavawn Bell, Channin Bell, Adam Wilson, and Simone Wilson; great-grandchildren, Isaiah Brown, William Brown, Ahjanea Brown; sons-in-laws, Bobby Moffet, Sr. and wife, Patricia, Elder Amos Bailey and wife, Melesha. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Mattie Wilson, brothers, Lorenzo Wilson, Leonard Wilson, Jr., sisters, Marion Bently and Anna Lane. Mr. Wilson was a member of the DAV Post 33 and head Deacon at God's House Church. He retired from the U.S. Air Force, having served in both the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War. A Celebration of His Life will be held Sunday, January 19, 2003 at 4:00 p.m. at God's House Chuch, 2335 Wyoming Blvd. NE with Bishop Michael L. Shelby officiating, assisted by Bishop Ronald L. Young. Graveside Service with military honors will be held Monday, January 20, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park with Bishop Michael L. Shelby officiating. Pallbearers will be Robert Norfor, Bobby Moffett, Jr., Chanselor Bell, Clifford Horton, Michael Branch and Rheuben Dixon. Honorary Pallbearers will be God's House Church Deacons and Deaconesses, District Elder Emanuel Norfor, Aundre West, Edgar Bell, Jr., Elder Amos Bailey and Bobby Moffett, Sr. Visitation will be Sunday, January 19, 2003, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at God's House Church.
