Alvarado -- Armando Alvarado, 58, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2003. He was a wonderful and caring husband, father, son and brother. He was patient, giving and understanding and he had the greatest smile. He was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Alvarado. He is survived by his wife, Ida Alvarado of Albuquerque; son, Marco Alvarado and wife, Charlotte of Las Vegas, Nevada; daughter, Amanda Alvarado of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Shanell and Marco Alvarado; father, Fernando Alvarado of Los Lunas; mother, Esperanza Alvarado of Los Lunas; brothers, Manuel Alvarado and wife, Delia of Bayard, Earnest Alvarado and wife, Pricilla of Los Lunas; brother, Fernando Alvardo and wife Linda of Bosque Farms; sister, Mary Alvarado of Los Lunas. A Rosary will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Albuquerque. Mass of Christian Burial to begin on Thursday, March 20, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. also at the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Albuquerque. Burial to follow at the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Albuquerque. The family of Armando Alvarado has entrusted his funeral arrangements to DeVargas Funeral Home of the Española Valley.
