Dibello -- Florence DiBello, 80, loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, a resident of Albuquerque since 1999, formerly of the Greater Boston area, passed away April 10, 2003. She is survived by her sons, Edward G. DiBello of Albuquerque, Michael F. DiBello and wife, Catherine of Sammamish, WA; and her grandchildren, Amy and Anne DiBello of Albuquerque, and Scott and Ryan DiBello of Sammamish, WA. She is also survived by her sisters; Ann Marie Cuozzo, Theresa Iannarone, Olga Annese; and her brother, Frank Sistillio. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Edward S. DiBello; sisters, Louise, Marion, and Irene; and brothers, Fred, John, and Peter. Florence was born May 19, 1922, the daughter of Antoinette and Fabio Sistillio in East Boston, MA. She was a proud graduate of East Boston High School, Class of 1940. She met the love of her life, Edward, as he delivered the mail. They married in Madison, WI in 1943. She cared deeply for her husband, her family, and her many friends. She worked hard, starting in retail at the East Boston Five and Dime. Florence knew the value and practiced the art of customer service. As an electronics technician in the early days of the integrated circuit industry, her dexterity and skill outperformed one of the first automated wire bond machines. Her"Eastie" classmates knew her as"the organizer" for her work on Class of '40 reunions. Most of all, she will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and a great cook. A private mass will be celebrated at Prince of Peace Catholic Community. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery, where she will rest with her husband. Friends may visit French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd., Sunday, April 13, 2003, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
