Simons -- Bill H. Simons, 53, a resident of Albuquerque for 40 years, died Saturday, April 12, 2003. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Bernice Simons of Albuquerque; mother, Joy G. Simons; brother, Eric Simons and wife, Annette, all of Jensen, UT; and sister, Suzanne De Groft and husband, Art of Virginia. Mr. Simons was a member of the Albuquerque Sovereign Grace Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Navy as a Corpsman during the Vietnam War. Memorial services will be held Thursday, 7:00 p.m., at Albuquerque Sovereign Grace Baptist Church, 1534 Blake Rd. SW, with Pastor Charles Treadwell officiating.
