Apodaca -- Mr. Nicholas Apodaca Sr., 65, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on May 16, 2003. Mr. Apodaca is survived by his loving wife, Alvina Apodaca; one daughter, Corine A. Velasquez and husband, Rudy; four sons, Nick Apodaca Jr. and wife, Elizabeth, Victor Apodaca and wife, Karen, Eziquiel Apodaca and wife, Cynthia, and Edward Albert Apodaca and wife, Brenda; his mother, Annie A. Apodaca; eleven grandchildren, Dominic, Joshua, Eric, Justine, Dyamond, Victoria, Jennifer, Rudy Jr., Zachary, Solomon, and Jacob; three sisters, Eva Cobos and husband, Ralph, Marie De La Rosa and husband, Eziquiel, and Lorina Lara; two brothers, Felipe Apodaca Jr., and Ray Apodaca and wife, Debbie; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Mr. Apodaca was preceded in death by his father Felipe Apodaca Sr., his sister, Aurelia Silva and brother, Edward Albert Apodaca. Mr. Apodaca was a member of the Catholic Church. A visitation for Mr. Apodaca will be Sunday evening from 4:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 5:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto. A final visitation will be Monday morning from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. by Father Manuel Viera. Private Disposition will take place. Pallbearers will be Dominic Apodaca, Joshua Apodaca, Eric Velasquez, Rudy Velasquez Sr., Ray Apodaca, and Felipe Apodaca Jr. Arrangements by: Gabaldon Mortuary 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW 243-7861
