Lind -- James Patterson Lind, 68, and a resident of Albuquerque since moving from Norfolk, VA in 1975, died on May 23, 2003 in Albuquerque. James was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Naval Fleet Reserve, and AARP. He was a Veteran, serving as a Master Chief for the U.S. Navy. James was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Artie Lind, David Lind, and Andrew Lind; and by his daughter, Diane Lind. He is survived by his wife, Rita; daughters, C.J. Lind of Albuquerque, Karen Lind Davis and husband, John of London Mills, IL and Pamela Dionisio and husband, Vito of Edgewood, NM; sister, Annamae Netopski of Ludlow, MA; brother, Marty Lind and wife, Jackie of Springfield, MA; and grandchildren, Carolyn Dionisio, Angelo Dionisio, Marcello Dionisio, Gabriella Dionisio, Virginia Davis and Johnny Davis. James is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends. A Rosary will be recited Wednesday May 28, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at Chapel of Sunrise, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, May 29, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, 811 Guaymas Place NE. Interment will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe NM.
