Lucero -- Patrick Ray Lucero, 37, a lifetime resident of Mountainair, NM, passed away Saturday July 5, 2003, in Albuquerque, NM. Patrick was born January 7, 1966 in Belen, NM to Proceso and Bessie (Lopez) Lucero. He married Nancy Lopez on February 14, 1997 in Albuquerque, NM. He is survived by his parents Proceso & Bessie Lucero; his loving wife Nancy Lucero; one son Patrick Ray Lucero II, two daughters Crystal Lucero and Desiree Lucero, all of Mountainair, NM; four brothers Frank and wife Carla Lucero, Arthur Lucero, Richard Lucero, and Conrad Lucero; two sisters Dolores Lucero and Maria and husband Mario Sisneros; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; seven God children, Amber Lucero, Lillian Lucero, Ruben Sisneros, Robert Lucero, John & Tammy Lucero, and Naomi Salazar. Patrick will be remembered as a loving son, husband, father, brother, uncle and friend and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday July 8, 2003, 7:00 p.m. at St. Alice Catholic Church in Mountainair, NM. Mass will be celebrated Wednesday July 9, 2003, 10:00 a.m. also at St. Alice with Father Florian Renaud officiating. Burial will follow in the Mountainair Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Lucero, Anthony Lucero, Edward Zamora, Guy Burkeen, Robert Lucero, Raymond Lopez, Arturo Lucero, Vicente Quintana, and Santos Quintana. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Mountainair, NM 847-2331.
