Huseman -- Claude H."Sonny" Huseman, Jr., 64, a lifelong resident of Bernalillo and the surrounding area, passed away on July 22, 2003. He is survived by his daughter, Donna Schmitz and husband, Loren of Regina, NM; former wife and caregiver, Rosemary Ervin of Rio Rancho, NM; two grandchildren, Michael and Angela Schmitz also of Regina, NM; brother, Ronald Huseman and sister-in-law, Yvonna Huseman both of Bernalillo, NM. He is also survived by five nieces; and four nephews. Claude was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Dorothy Huseman, Sr; one son, Gary Wayne Huseman; two brothers, Jerry and Robert Huseman; and one sister, Shirley Glover. He was a member of the Hiram Masonic Lodge AF & AM #13 for 28 years and was also a retired Air Force Veteran who served in the Korean and Vietnam War. Service will be held on Friday, July 25, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at French Mortuary - Westside Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be Rick Salazar, Bud Rigel, Gabriel Romero, Bill Hopper and Danny Hale. Friends may visit French Mortuary - Westside Chapel on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Lovelace Hospice Program, 5403 Gibson Blvd. SE, Siesta Hills, Building 1, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
