Trujillo -- Frances Ramos Trujillo, 86, a longtime resident of Truth or Consequences and Albuquerque, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 28, 2003 with her family surrounding her. Frances was born March 19, 1917 the daughter of Antonio Ramos and Dominica Tafoya in Placitas, New Mexico. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ernesto Trujillo. Frances is survived by her only daughter, Rosalia Sandoval; two granddaughters, Luanna Rael and husband Paul, Debbie Sandoval and fiance Filberto Aragon; and grandson, Demecio Sandoval, Jr. and wife Tracy; eight great-grandchildren, Jasmine Trudo and husband David, Zachary Rael and wife Johanna, Rhiannon Rael, Isaac Rael, Jordan Sandoval, Madison Sandoval, Daniel Bryant, and Angelo Aragon; three great-great-grandchildren, Lichelle, Diego, and Santiago Rael; two brothers, Alex Ramos and wife Ofelia, Nick Ramos and wife Mary; sister, Lola Padilla; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and special friends. A Visitation will be held on Monday, September 1, 2003 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho followed by a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Rio Rancho. There will also be a short visitation on Tuesday, September 2, 2003 starting at 10:30 a.m. at St. St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church followed by the celebration of The Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2003 in the National Cemetery in Santa Fe. Pallbearers will be Zachary Rael, Daniel Bryant, Isaac Rael, Nick Ramos, Alex Ramos, and Demecio Sandoval, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Rael, David Trudo, and Filberto Aragon.
