SAIZ, JUANITO (JOHNNIE) M. Juanito (Johnnie) M. Saiz, age 87, born in San Acacia, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2015, at home with his family at his side. Mr. Saiz is survived by his wife of sixty-six years, Rose; children, Jerry Saiz and wife, Roberta, Cathy Saiz, and Prescilla Saiz; sisters, Novie Benavidez, Georgia Peralta, and Marcella Chavez; brother, Toby Saiz and wife, Polly; grandchildren, Jessica LaCour and husband, Matthew, Melanie Padilla, Patricio Padilla and wife , DeLan, Alisha Saiz, and Carly Saiz; nine great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation will be Friday, February 13, 2015, from 10:100 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 820 Broadway SE with a Rosary to be recited at 10:30 a.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Father Sean Garrity, presider. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Pallbearers Patricio Padilla, Matthew LaCour, Lucas Vega, Jacob Lesperance, Dominic Padilla, and Miguel Benavidez.
