GONZALES, STELLA "CANDY" Passed away peacefully on January 8, 2015. She was born on August 24, 1941 in Albuquerque to Stella Castillo and Fred Schubert. She was predeceased by mother Stella, father Fred and son Eloy Gonzales Jr., sister Deluvina Lucero, brother Lloyd Castillo. She lived a full life in Corrales with her husband of 50 years, Eloy Gonzales. Her love of music was enjoyed by family and friends, they did record some music early in their life. Her other love was cooking and entertaining with their spanish music and wonderful food. She leaves behind her husband Eloy of 50 years; her son Daniel; sister Ernestina Lueras; brother Ralph Schubert; sister Teresa Schubert; two grandchildren Felicia and Adrian; many nieces, nephews and many dear friends and family. Cremation has taken place and services are Wednesday at 9am at San Ysidro Church in Corrales. Reception to follow at the parish hall. Riverside Funeral Home 766-9663.
