LEE, DOROTHA ANN Dorotha Ann "Dottie" Lee, 75, of Salina, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Salina Regional Health Center. Dorotha was born in Iola, Kansas on May 14, 1939, a daughter of the late Crystal Maxine (Jensen) and Franklin Glen West. She was the widow of Boyd E. Lee. Dottie worked as a Small Business Owner; who owned and operated Bachelors Inn and Boondocks Tavern in Salina. She most recently retired from Crane Rental. She was a member of the American Legion, Salina Women's Bowling Association, and Salina Women's Pool League. Survivors include two daughters, Denise Russell and husband, Dennis of Salina, and DeEtta Petty, of Salina, Kansas; five sons, Dale Petty and wife, Mona, of Harrison, Arkansas; Doug Petty and wife, Deena of New Cambria, David Petty and wife, Ronda of Kinsley, Donald Petty and wife, Jonetta of Salina, and Duane Petty and wife, Bobbi of St. George; sister Reita Jordan and husband, Scott of Albuquerque, New Mexico; three sisters-in-law, Sandy Moss of Manhattan, Evelyn Ellis of Chanute, June Dwyer, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; brother-in-law, Bill Lee and wife, Donna of Hollister, Missouri; brother-in-law, Bud Lee and wife, Daphene of Salina; 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd Lee and brother, Lewis West. A Memorial Service will be held at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home in Salina, at 3:00 pm on Monday, December 22, 2014 with Rev. Loran Forbes. Inurnment will be at St. George, Kansas Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dottie's name to Tammy Walker Cancer Center or American Legion Post 62 in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S.
