SYMONDS, ELLA MAE Age 75, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014. Ella was a volunteer foster grandparent at Navajo and Parjito Public Schools. Ella is survived by her two sons, Steve Romero and wife, Andrea, Michael Hernandez and wife, Jerri-Lynn; three daughters, Theresa Ann Hernandez and husband, Ray, Rose M. Garcia and husband, Lorenzo, Angela S. Luna and husband, Joe; sister, Betty Padilla; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6:00-7:00 p.m on Monday, July 7, 2014 at Chapel of Angels~Garcia Mortuary with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday July 8, 2014 at 9:00 a.m., St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd. SW. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Paul Padilla, Phil Garcia, Anthony Romero, Jeff Watts, Michael Rubio and Brycen Hernandez, with honorary pallbearers, Roslynn Romero, Veronica Romero, Jackie Padilla, Bradyn Hernandez, Antoinette Najera and Shannon Padilla.
