BAXTER, CHARLES EDWARD was born 10-26-1923 and passed away 6-03-2014. He is survived by his children, Susan Baxter Carbine (Art), J. Paul Baxter (Racheal), Sherry Moberg Baca (Eddy); nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and sister, Glorietta Alvernaz (Bob). He was predeceased by wife Harriet Frank Baxter, second wife Emily Ann Matkovich Moberg Baxter, sisters Joanna Reeves and Wilma Hauser. Charlie worked for Chevron from 1947 until retiring in 1981. Services will be held at the Elks Lodge in Prescott Valley, AZ on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 11:00 am. If desired, donations in Charlie's name can be made to the Prescott Lodge #330 B.P.O.E., P.O. Box 27199, Prescott Valley, AZ 86312. His family would like to express their appreciation for the loving care extended by Hospice of the Sandia's, and the Good Life Memory Care.
