DAME, JOHN A. III Age 60, gently passed away on May 22, 2014, after a long illness. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Elizabeth; son, John A. Dame IV and wife Emily; Stephen Boone and wife Sarah; Daniel Kuelin; four grandchildren; and special friend TAZ. A memorial graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd NE with a Celebration of Life to follow.
