DVORAK, LOIS Lois Diane Dvorak was born on July 13, 1947 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Lewis and Gertrude Clawson. Lois was one of six children and is survived by her sister, Patricia Dixon; and brothers, David Clawson, Richard Clawson; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was the beloved wife of Dan Dvorak for nearly forty-three wonderful years. Lois was a devoted mother to three beautiful daughters: Trisha Hughes and spouse, Troy Hughes, Sarah Huron and spouse, James Huron, and Maribeth Dvorak. She was blessed with five grandchildren: Haley, Hayden and Hudson Hughes, and Lucas and Evan Huron, whom she loved dearly. Lois had a passion for children and provide care and love to over fifty children during a twenty-five year period. She was involved in many activities involving her daughters and was a "team mom" to many. She took pride in being a Girl Scout Leader for many years. She was a creative soul and shared her talent with many over the years. She had a passion for life and we will miss her sweet spirit, sense of humor, and her desire to make all things special. Lois was an active member of Heights First Church of the Nazarene. She went to be with the Lord on March 23, 2014. We will miss her dearly. Our hearts will never be the same. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Daniels Funeral Home. Her Service will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 11:00 am.
