HICE, MICHAEL DAVID 1950-2014 age 63, a resident of Los Chavez, went home on Thursday, January 16, 2014. Michael was a graduate of Valley High in 1968. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1969-1973 with service in Vietnam. He was a long time employee of Harrison Construction as a tile setter. Michael was preceded in death by his father, J.C. Hice; sister, Karen Sue Hice; brother, Daniel Eugene Hice; ex-wife, Karen Jean Hice; and longtime partner, Nancy Lopez. Michael is survived by his son, David Michael Hice and Kimberly Tanika Poland; daughter, Brittany Danielle Hice; grandson, Jeremiah George; granddaughter, Katilyn George; mother Lorene c. Legg; stepfather, Melvin H. Legg; brother, Ronald A. Hice; special niece, Kimberly Wageley; step-brother, Richard Legg (Cathi); step-sister, Sandra Dow (Bill); stepsister, Jeanne Legg.
