HERNANDEZ, THOMAS PATRICK Age 48, of Corrales, NM, passed away September 22, 2013 at UNM Hospital in Albuquerque following a long illness. He is survived by his parents, Manuel & Sylvia (Casados) Hernandez; sister Sharron Casados; brother Michael Hernandez and wife Lynn; and his sister Mary-Margaret Hernandez and husband Rick Lopez. Also surviving are numerous friends and relatives. Services will take place at San Ysidro Catholic Church, 5015 Corrales Road, Corrales, NM, on Thursday, September 26th. Rosary at 10:00am, Mass at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers the family would prefer a donation be made in Thomas's name to Adelante Development Center, 3900 Osuna Road NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
