CORDOVA, ADELINA PEREA Age 87, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2013. She was born in Corrales, NM on July 7, 1925 to Juan and Felice Perea. She was preceded in death by her husband, Antonio Cordova; her parents, Juan Felice Perea; siblings, Tony, Margaret, Mabel, Seferino, Celia, Erminda, Amelia, Francis, Joe and Heraldo. Adelina is survived by her children, Tony Cordova and wife Velynn of Rio Rancho, NM, and their children, Amy and Robert Phillipson and their two children, Amber and Brian Cass and son, Louie Cordova and wife Kris of Rio Rancho, NM, and their children, Melissa and Robert Funicelli and their five children and one grandson, Jeff and Maria Cordova and their three children, Julie and Raymond Alberti and their three children, Bobbi Chavez and daughter and two grandchildren, Mike Cordova and wife Brenda of Elephant Butte, NM, and their children, Clint Cordova, Matt and Candice Cordova and their two children, Jacqueline Barajas and husband Ysidro Barajas of Corrales and their children, Eric and Shelly Barajas, Joe and Jennifer Barajas and their three children; Carol Barajas; sister, Viola Farfan and husband Clifford of Corrales, NM; sister's-in-law, Mary Perea, Isabel Perea; brother-in-law, Tony Crespin of Albuquerque, NM; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and great- grandmother and a member of the San Ysidro Catholic Parish in Corrales, NM. She enjoyed playing cards, going to the casino, and spending time with her family. Pallbearers will be Eric Barajas, Joseph Barajas, Clint Cordova, Matthew Cordova, Amy Phillipson, Jeff Cordova. Honorary pallbearers are Leonard Farfan, Jonathan Rodriquez and Phil Lucero. A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm, Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at San Ysidro Catholic Church, 5015 Corrales Road, Corrales, NM. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at San Ysidro Catholic Church. Interment to follow at San Ysidro Parish Cemetery.
