FLORES, KC On March 31st a dear friend and family member was taken from this world unexpectedly. KC Flores was born and raised in the North Valley of Albuquerque. He was a wonderful father, son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. He is survived by his son James Flores and his girlfriend Michelle Padilla; his mother Cindy Gonzales and Tony Dibble; his brother Kyle Dibble; sisters Nicky Larrabee and Sarah Ortiz. Also survived by his grandmother Ester Lopez and siblings Renee, Frankie, Delilah, and Paul. His extended family included aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and coworkers who he loved. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Frank and Helen Gonzales. It was important for KC to help others in his community, and that led him to a career at the Albuquerque Convention & Visitors Bureau as a National Sales Manager. He was able to give back to his community by supporting local business' by helping them grow and achieve success. KC also volunteered his time at Valley High School as an assistant baseball coach, as well as supporting his son in wrestling, basketball, golf, football, and baseball. KC had a generous heart that touched our lives in one way or another. He was able to make everyone feel good about themselves with his infectious smile and personality. KC will always be loved and will truly be missed. A viewing will be held at Riverside Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo Blvd NE, on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. Burial services will be held at Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Rd SE in Rio Rancho on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Reception to follow at the Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown 2600 Louisiana Blvd NE. The Honorary Pallbearers are Antonio Abeyta, Mario Orosco, Andrew Muriel, Phillip Ramirez, Geno Gallegos, Chad Smith, Manuel Ramirez, Robert Ramirez, Daniel Gonzales, Richard Padilla, Nicholas Basham, Timothy Welsh, Michael Welsh, Jacob Quintana, Ralph Montoya, Gabriel Facio, and Gabriel Atencio (GI).
