Smith; father, F. Dale Smith and step-mother, Sue Smith; sister, Wendy Dial; brother, Monte Smith; nieces, Krystle Dial and Amber Smith; nephews, Matt Smith and Daniel Smith; and uncle and aunt, Joey and Bobbie Solis.
