ZIMMERMAN, PAUL was born on November 2, 1947. He died August 11, 2012 doing one of the things he loved most; riding his motorcycle down the Sandia Crest highway. Paul moved to Albuquerque when he was a child and lived here most of his life. He was a veteran who proudly served in the Navy in Vietnam. Paul was best known as an expert fly fisherman. He shared his skills with the customers at Los Pinos fly shop and the countless folks he took on fishing expeditions. Motorcycles were always a big part of his life and he rode almost every weekend. When he discovered golf he worked at it as passionately as he did fishing and riding. He found great joy in playing at Los Altos every weekday morning. He will be sadly missed. Paul had many friends from many walks of life. We would like all of you to join us for a celebration of Paul's life at Head Over Heels Salon, 3301 Menaul NE #5 on Sunday, September 30 from 4 to 7pm.
