ROSE -- DEBRA JUDITH May 12, 1960 - June 19, 2012 Debra was born in Espanola, NM to Reuben and BettyAnn Rose, the third of four children. She grew up in Santa Fe, living there until adulthood, when she moved to Albuquerque for the rest of her life. She was preceded in death by her father, Reuben; maternal grandparents, Benjamin and Ruth Lippsett; paternal grandmother, Leah Rose; aunt and uncle, Marvin and Georgia Lippsett. Debra worked very hard and successfully to provide a good home and environment for her two sons, Mateo and Emilio Garduno. She was very proud of each of them and the fine, caring people they have turned out to be. Mateo and his partner, Nicole Rhodes are expecting her first grandchild, which elated her and Emilio recently married his wife, Chiaki Ogowa and are living in Seattle, WA. Debra is survived by her beloved mother, BettyAnn; siblings, Cynthia Rachel Rose, (Chris Sena); Larry Jesse Rose (Suzanne Gaulin) and Paul Andrew Rose, (Pauline Bourdon); niece, Celina Martinez; two great nieces Brandi and BryAna. Also surviving her are four cousins, JoAnne Dobbins, John Lippsett, Stephen Lippsett, and Elizabeth Lippsett Dimichino and their respective families. In addition, she was a loyal and generous friend to a large group of people and will be long remembered and sorely missed. A public viewing and service will be held Saturday, June 23, 2012, 3:30 p.m. at Chester T French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd NE.
