GERBER -- BRENDA JEANNE Age 63, a resident of Albuquerque since 1959, died Friday, May 25, 2012. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Leonard B Ivy; son, Jeff Bond and wife, Lisa of Albuquerque, NM; grandson, Brenden Bond; granddaughter, Morgan Bond; great-grandson, Brady; brother, Butch McCoy and wife, Dorothy; nieces and nephew, Marlo Otero, Sam McCoy, and Jeanne Lujan; and many close friends. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Brennie and Jeanne McCoy. She was born in 1949 in California, PA and moved to Albuquerque with his family as a young girl. Brenda graduated from Rio Grande High School, Class of 1967. She went to work for the Albuquerque Police Department as a Dispatcher and retired in 1994. Brenda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held Thursday, May 31, 2012, 3:30 p.m. at French - Lomas Chapel, with Father Charles Daugherty reciting.
