TAFOYA -- VIRGINIA MAE "GINGER" Born September 25, 1965, passed away early Sunday morning, April 29, 2012, with her beloved dogs and boyfriend at her side. She is survived by her parents, Joe and Virginia Tafoya; daughters, Kristen Tafoya and Cassandra Tafoya-Ramirez; granddaughters, Ariana, Eugenia and Calinda; sons-in-law, Florencio Sandoval and Daniel Ramirez; brothers, Ernest Tafoya and Eugene Taylor; sisters, Joann Valencia and Wilberta "Jeanie" Taylor; longtime boyfriend, Estevan Gutierrez; and beloved nieces and nephews. She had many, many friends and family that will miss her dearly. She was loud, funny and had a contagious smile and laugh that all could recognize. She loved dogs, shopping and most of all her precious angels, her granddaughters, whom "could do no wrong". No flowers please, donate to the Animal Humane Society. Services will be held Saturday, May 5, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Riverside Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo NE. Reception following services at 11204 Hannett NE. We love you mom.
