RASMUSSEN -- BETTY I. Age 83, died Wednesday, March 28, 2012. She is survived by friends, David and Angie Fincher and Paul and Josie Baca-Peloquin. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Bob. She was born in Sioux City, Iowa and traveled all over the world with her husband during his military service. Betty was a secretary for the Department of Defense for 30 years. She loved needlepoint and received 1st or 2nd place awards at the New Mexico State Fair each year. She was an avid reader. Memorial Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at French-Lomas Chapel. Burial will take place at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd NE.
