KELSEY -- RACHEL A. Passed away in the comfort of her own home after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her husband Norman K. Kelsey and daughter Penny G. Offner. Rachel is survived by her daughter Lorretta A. Adams and Kenneth Adams Jr.; three grandchildren: Jacob W. Adams, Michael J. Carroll and Hannah C. Carroll. She liked traveling, working puzzles and being with her family. She will be missed and always remembered. Interment will take place at 12:45 p.m. on Monday, January 9, 2012 at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
