CUSTER -- WILLIAM A. was born December 9, 1941 in Lakewood, Ohio. He passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2012 in Albuquerque. William was an avid golfer, loved all types of sports and enjoyed the outdoors. He was National Sales Manager for Durkee Food Corporation where he retired from in 1988. William was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Anna Mae Custer. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Dorothy Custer of Rio Rancho; father-in-law, Edward Daehnke; mother-in-law, Margaret Denison and husband Charles; sisters-in-law, Margaret Hill of Rio Rancho, Linda McKeddie and husband John of Edgewood, NM; cousins, Carol Griffin, Martin Custer and Camille Leiffers. A Memorial Service will take place at Rio Rancho Presbyterian Church, 1004 24th Street SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124, on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 11:00 am.
