SMITH -- RUBY MARIE Age 81, a resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, December 28, 2011. She is survived by her daughters, Gina Mensay and husband, Chris of Albuquerque, Twyla J. Sprouse of Rio Rancho, NM; son, Dale M. Fee and wife, Peggy of Colorado Springs, CO; sister, Carole Kay Mosteller and husband, Carl; and many other family members including 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Frankie Eddie Lucille and Clarence Allen Gibson. She was a member of NARFE having worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers.
