HUMPHREY -- PATSY M. CHAVEZ 81, of Castle Rock, CO, formerly from Albuquerque, NM, mother of Kathy Chavez and Frank Chavez passed away peacefully on December 20, 2011. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren, Jay Forse (Meghan), Kimberly Forse Surry (Jeff), Brandon Chavez, and Samantha Chavez. Patsy was graced with two great-grandchildren that she loved dearly and looked forward to seeing every day, Timothy Jay and Charliene Kathryn Surry. She is survived by her brother, Seferino (Nino) Chavez of California. Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, George L. Humphrey. A Rosary will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2012, at 6:00 PM at St. Therese Church on North Fourth in Albuquerque. The Funeral Mass will also be held at St. Therese Church on Friday, January 6, 2012 at 9:00 A.M. The burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
