MARTINEZ -- SAM Age 60, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on November 5, 2011. Mr. Martinez is survived by his wife, of twenty-eight years, Lorenza; his children, Andrew Martinez, Arlin Cruz and husband, Roberto, Steven Martinez and finance, Caitie; his sisters, Vera Gutierrez, Josie Watson and Pete, Pat Montano and husband, Raymond, Mary Ann Tapia and husband, Raymond, Bernadette Martinez, Celina Espinosa and husband, Frank, Veronica Martinez, and Melissa Gonzales and husband, Donnie; his brothers, Isidro Martinez Jr., Luther Martinez and wife, Rosella, and Willie Martinez; grandchildren, Ashley, Andrew, Ambrose, Adrian, Katelyn and Aiden; and many other extended family members. Mr. Martinez was preceded in death by his parents, Isidro and Sally and his brother, Lorenzo. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 9, 2011 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Connie Orona at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW. Final visitation will be Thursday morning at the Church from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
