BOOTHE -- Frank Harrison Boothe Sr., passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born to Nell Putman and Dr. Sterling Price Boothe in Cuero, TX. Frank was a man of few words but had a strength that was unmatched. The most important things in Frank's life were his family and his horses. Frank was an avid baseball fan. He played in the minor leagues before serving as a Sergeant in the Air Force. His service to his country gives only a small insight into the many accomplishments that Frank achieved throughout his life. Frank was one of the original district representatives for Charles Machine Works in Perry, OK. He was instrumental in building the foundation for Ditch Witch dealerships across the nation. In 1974 he purchased Ditch Witch of New Mexico and maintained it until 2000. After his retirement, his son William carried out his legacy of success and is still running Ditch Witch today. Frank was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lydia Carr Boothe. He is survived by his five beautiful children, Frank Boothe Jr., William Boothe and wife Joanna, Steve Boothe and wife Susan, Elena Crenshaw and husband Chris, Alysan Boothe Collins and husband Parrish; and grandchildren, Trey Boothe and wife Melanie, Christina Boothe, Jessica Boothe, Stephanie Boothe, Melissa Boothe, Morgan Boothe, Hayden Collins, Kristen Crenshaw, Brennan Collins, Caroline Boothe, Cody Crenshaw and Isabel Collins.
