MONTANO -- Paul Montano, 2/15/1934 to 4/15/2011 Beloved son, father, brother, grandfather passed away peacefully in Los Lunas, New Mexico where he had been living for the past two years. He was preceded in death by his father, Pedro Montano. Paul is survived by his loving mother, Aurora Montano; his children, Lori Montoya (Roman), Joel Montano (Jacque); grandchildren, Isaac Montoya, Xavier Montano, and Roman Joel Montoya; ex-wife, Concha Montano who took care of him throughout his illness; sister, Natividad Otero; nephews and niece and several cousins including Joe Baca and Rebecca Baca who helped the family take care of him. Our dad was a loving dad. He was a hard worker, he loved to dance, and loved being outdoors. He was always working on little projects. He is going to be greatly missed by all. We know that our dad is a dancing angel in heaven looking down at us. A rosary will be held at the Riverside Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo Blvd. Albuquerque, NM on Monday, April 25, 2011 at 6:30 pm. The mass will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, Las Vegas, NM on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at 11 am. The immediate family members will be holding a private burial ceremony.
