BATCHER -- Rosemary A. Batcher born on June 14, 1924 died February 19, 2011. While living in New Mexico she retired from Yellow Book Publishers in 1991. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas C. Batcher. She is survived by sons, John (Jack) and Thomas C.; daughter, Rosemary and son-in-law Vincent Taibbi; four grandchildren; John R., Cheryl, Justin and Matthew; and five great grandchildren, Brinna, Melody, Calvin, Nicole and Amber. Visitation hours will be Thursday, February 24, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at Hungerford & Clark Funeral Chapel, 110 Pine St., Freeport (Long Island) New York. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 25, 2011, 9:30 a.m., at Our Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 37 South Ocean Ave, Freeport, New York. Interment will follow at Cemetery of the Holy Rood, Westbury, New York. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your favorite charity.
