GONZALES -- Gertrude Gonzales, 77, a resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at her home with her loving family at her side. Mrs. Gonzales is survived by her husband of fifty-eight years, Vito Gonzales; children, Maxine Gonzales and husband, Rudy, Georgia Lujan and husband, Sammy, Ruby Apodaca and husband, Johnny, Debra Saiz and husband, Jerry, Cindy Chavez, Liz Rivera and husband, Tony, Bonnie Segura and husband, Jose, and Tracy Gonzales and Lorraine Garcia; adopted daughter, Roseanne Almaraz; brother, Eddie Castillo; 28 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Funeral Service beginning at 10:00 a.m., Pastor Basil Williams, presider. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Samuel Lujan, Jr., Mark Apodaca, Matthew Apodaca, Patrick Chavez, Joshua Barela, and Anthony Rivera.
