BORREGO -- Baby Michael Borrego, Jr., 18 months-old, son of Chelsea Villalpando and Michael Borrego, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2011. Baby Michael brought so much joy and touched so many lives the short time he was with us. He was a beloved son, grandson, nephew and cousin of the Villalpando and Borrego families.
