STEVENS -- Norma Jean, 83, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on December 26, 2010. Norma was born August 17, 1927 in Flagler, Colorado. Preceded in death by her husband Mack E. Stevens; her parents, Thomas and Opal Wise. Norma previously owned three beauty shops and retired from Santa Fe Rail Road in 1983. Co-owned CR Dental Lab with her husband Mack until the sale of lab in 1997. Norma was a member of the Rosary Altar Society and past president 1969-1970, American Legion Unit 49, and Women of the Moose Chapter 1577 since 1975. Norma loved her dogs and cats very much and she will truly be missed by her friends. Cremation has taken place. Rosary will be recited on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 8:15 a.m., at Shrine of St. Bernadette, 11401 Indian School Rd NE. A memorial mass will follow at 9:00 a.m., Shrine of St. Bernadette. Memorial Reception will be held by members of the American Legion Post 49 on Sunday, January 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Norma will be buried with Mack at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date.
