LUNA -- Emilia C. Luna, born September 16, 1917 in Socorro, NM, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2010 in Albuquerque, NM. She loved flowers and birds. Emilia was a great cook and seamstress. She will be remembered as a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be dearly missed. She is survived by her two children, Pat Luna and Ernest Luna and wife, Mary, all of Albuquerque, NM; one grandchild, Catherine Luna of Colorado; as well as other family and friends who loved her dearly. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at San Lorenzo Catholic Church in Polvadera, NM on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the Polvadera Cemetery.
