LEAF -- William B. Leaf, age 87, born in Oklahoma City, OK and after high school he joined the United States Navy. He was a longtime resident of Albuquerque, NM and passed away early Monday morning on December 20, 2010 after a long illness with his beloved wife, Julia by his side. William is survived by his wife of 35 years, Julia; his son, Larry Leaf and wife, Barbara of Oklahoma City, OK; He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and a special grandson, Bruce Leaf and wife, Connie of Virginia Navel Base; and six great-grandchildren. William was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Viola, his first wife, Betty Leaf and one son, John Leaf. William proudly served his country for the United States Navy during WWII. He retired from the Federal Aviation Administration and enjoyed playing golf with his friends. William's love for his family and life will be greatly cherished and he will be missed. Friends may visit French ~ Wyoming Chapel Sunday, December 26, 2010 from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Services will be held Monday, December 27, 12:30 p.m., also at French ~ Wyoming Chapel.
