GONZALES -- Alfonso Gonzales, 76, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on December 3, 2010. Mr. Gonzales is survived by beloved wife of 56 years, Mrs. Mary Gonzales; his children, Amy Gonzales and partner, Jennifer, Alfred Gonzales and wife, Bonnie, Dora Gomez and husband, Larry, Anthony Gonzales and wife, Liz, Nadine Gonzales and husband, Gil Gallegos, Michael Gonzales, Robert Gonzales and girlfriend, Lisa and Anita Lopez and husband, Fred; his sisters, Patsy Anaya and Mary Bustillos; his brother, Johnny Gonzales; 19 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many other extended family members. Mr. Gonzales retired from Yellow Freight Trucking Company as a long distance truck driver after 40 years of dedicated service. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 8, 2010 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto. Final Visitation will be Thursday, December 9, 2010 from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, with a Funeral Service to be held at 9:00 a.m..
