DAILY -- Jean E. Daily, 82, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, October 14, 2010. She is survived by her sons, Mark and wife Catherine of Hagerman, ID and Michael and wife Leslie of Thousand Oaks, CA; grandchildren, Logan, Brian, Ashley, Daniel, Katelyn, Teresa, and Sean; and brothers, Neil Dammarell of Lewiston, ID and Dale Dammarell of Meridian, ID. Jean was born in Kendrick, ID to Frank and Audrey Dammarell. Jean was married for 61 years to her childhood sweetheart, Paul J. Daily. She spent many years as a devoted military wife and mother, and recently moved to Idaho from her long time home of Albuquerque after the death of her husband in July 2010. She graduated from the University of Idaho with degrees in Music, and Physical Education. She was on the rifle team and lettered four years on the varsity basketball team at the University. She taught piano and her love of music to her sons and many other children. Jean was an avid golfer, and enjoyed catching big fish. A graveside Memorial Service will be held for Jean on Monday, November 22, 2010 at 1:00 p.m., at the Idaho State Veteran's Cemetery in Boise.
