LOVATO -- June Beverly Lovato, of Espanola NM, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend left this world on Friday, September 17, 2010. She was 73 years old. Her life was not cut short by the vagaries of health and time, and she left us far more suddenly than we could have imagined. Our beloved June was stolen from us by a drunk driver, and we never even got a chance to say farewell. She is survived by her husband, Clyde Lovato; children Clyde (wife Brenda), Kathleen, and Robert (wife Cathryn); grandchildren, Clyde, Stephanie, Christy, Teresa, and Ariel; and brother Lawrence (wife Rose); as well as a large, extended family and a network of friends. June will be missed for her humor, intelligence, curiosity, and her love of life, friends, and family. We are all deeply saddened and cannot believe that she won't ever speak to any of us in this world again. Her remains were interred in the National Cemetery in Santa Fe. Good-bye, Wife, Mom, Grandma, Sister, and Friend. We will miss you always. Help me to endure this night of anguish. Help me to walk through the darkness with faith in tomorrow. Give me comfort; give me courage; turn me to deeds that bless the living. O God, help me to triumph over my grief.
