BOGOSTA -- Susan J. Bogosta, age 59, a resident of Los Lunas, N.M., passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2010. She was born in Syracuse, N.Y. and spent her childhood and high school years in the Syracuse region of central New York. Later Susan moved to the southwest where she first lived in the Las Cruces, N.M. area, where she worked in a chiropractic office. In the 1980's she moved to Albuquerque, N.M., where she obtained her nursing degree at TVI Community College. Later, she worked at Memorial Psychiatric Hospital before beginning a career at University of New Mexico Children's Psychiatric Unit. She served both as a charge nurse and eventually as a nurse supervisor beginning in 2000. She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen and father, William Bogosta. Susan is survived by her brother, William; niece, Christelle; great-niece, Tessa and great-nephew, Adrien. Susan will be greatly missed by family, co-workers and friends.
