GRANDE -- Angelina Flora Grande, 76, went to Heaven on Saturday evening April 17, 2010. Angie is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 55 years, Rudy; her sons Thomas (Rocky) and wife Patricia, Rudy, Jr. and Dave; two granddaughters who she cherished, Samantha Grande and Vanessa Grande. For Rudy and Angie, there was nothing more important than family. Angie was born January 13, 1934 in Cuba, NM to Emiliano and Lucarita Martinez, both of whom are deceased. She is also survived by four brothers and sisters, Roseanne Martinez-Lemke, Bianca Marti, Arthur Martinez and Alice Luciani. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Tony and Mel. Rosary will be recited for Angie on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at French-University Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE. Friends may visit prior to the rosary beginning at 6:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming NE. with Reverend Monsignor Richard Olona officiating. Interment will follow immediately at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith NE.
