MOLINA -- Christopher "Chris" James Molina, 39, a resident of Bernalillo, beloved son, brother and uncle, passed away after a long illness, Sunday, March 21, 2010. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Josie and Anthony Trujillo; brothers, Gregory Molina, and Gilbert Sanchez; daughter, Melanie Gurule; nieces, Sarah and Hayden Molina, and Harmony Lopez; nephews, Aaron and Kaylor Molina; fiancee, Gina Oliver and her daughter, Danielle; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved and will miss his gentle kind soul. Chris was preceded in death by his father, Bernie Roger Molina; all of his grandparents, (Molina, Trujillo, and Aguilar); as well as uncles, Richard and Michael Aguilar. A Rosary will be recited Thursday, March 25, 2010, at 1:30 p.m., at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 301 Camino del Pueblo, Bernalillo, NM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 2:00 p.m., also at the Church. Interment will follow at Santa Clara Cemetery. Honorary Pallbearers will be Michael Aguilar Jr., Patrick Aguilar, Andrew Sanchez, Antonio Valdez, Esperanza Valdez, and Leonard Arias.
