ROMERO DE CABRERA -- Zoila Eugenia Romero de Cabrera, 93, resident of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2010. She is survived by her daughters, Elsie Cabrera, Marta E. Iorio and husband, Frank all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Brian, Cherie, Jose Luis, Benjamin, Alejandro, Elsie Maria, and Ana Eugenia; great-granddaughters, Janeen and Valentina; nephew, Raul Smith and wife, Lucky; sister, Esperanza Estrada of Guatemala; nieces; and many other family members abroad. She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin; and sons, Benjamin Jr. and Jose Luis. Zoila was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was an excellent cook and loved to ride horses. She will be missed by many including her friends and adopted grandchildren. Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 13, 2010, 10:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, Westside Chapel.
