DWYER -- DONALD FRANCIS DWYER Don passed away peacefully on February 16, 2010. Born June 4, 1954 to Bill and Kathryn Dwyer in Syracuse, New York. Married to his best friend, Linda for over 23 years, he made his home in New Mexico for the past 25 years. Don was an avid NY Giants, Mets, and Rangers fan; loved fishing with friends, and taking walks with his puppies Erin and LT. Don was a horticulturist, working as Head Gardener at Rowland's Nursery and other greenhouses, during his career. He enjoyed all kinds of music, but remained a rocker at heart- ACDC, Black Sabbath, U2, and Marshall Tucker- among his favorites. Don was proud to have achieved 15 years of sobriety. He is survived by his wife Linda, Erin, LT, Barnaby, and Arthur, sister Margaret Dwyer of Dobbs Ferry, NY, his best friend Mike Berry of Clayton, NY, as well as many cousins and friends in upstate NY. He is also survived by his good friends in Northern New Mexico, with special thanks to Tom Welter for his support and humor through these past years. Thanks also to Northern New Mexico Quality Care.
