AUSTIN -- Tranquilino R. Austin "Frank", was born January 6, 1942 in Tucumcari, New Mexico. He passed away peacefully, Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at home surrounded by his loving family. Frank was preceded in death by his son, Anthony R. Austin; by his wife, Rose H. Austin and by his two brothers, Alfred and Joe Austin. Frank will be remembered for his love of gathering together with his loving family, taking family vacations, having barbecues, playing dominos and horseshoes and hosting family breakfasts. He loved to watch his grandchildren play and enjoyed making funny faces. Frank is survived by his three daughters, Kathy Austin, Dolores Austin and Vickie Austin; son-in-law, Toby Villanueva Sr.; two brothers, Edward Austin, Arnold Austin and wife Gloria; three sisters, Virgie Herrera, Viola McDonald and husband Jesse, Vickie Armijo and husband Babo; God-sons, Eric Anaya and Lucas Crespin; eight grandchildren, Sammy Anaya and wife Amanda, Eric Anaya, Luciano Crespin and wife Lexie, Lucas Crespin, Toby Villanueva Jr. and wife Felecia, Jonathon Villanueva and wife Nicole, Anthony Austin Jr. and Chelo Austin; 12 great-grandchildren, Savanna Villanueva, DeAngelo Anaya, Adrian Lovato, Mia Villanueva, Delesia Crespin, Isaiah Crespin, Joshua Anaya, Dominic Anaya, Lucas Crespin, Jonathon Villanueva Jr., Keira Villanueva and Jocelyn Crespin; other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. A Memorial Service will be held at New Beginnings Church of God, 3601 Montgomery Blvd. NE. at Carlisle, on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Richard Mansfield officiating.
