ANDERSON -- Mary H. Anderson, 84, loving wife, mother, grandmother, passed away Monday, November 23, 2009. She was born September 2, 1925 in Iola, KS, the only child of Russell Yates and Lillian Bixby Carlisle. She married Jack Anderson (also of Iola, KS) on January 19, 1945 in Jacksonville, FL; they were married for 64 years. Mrs. Anderson was an accomplished cook. Her faith and spirituality were the key focus in her life. Survivors include her husband, Jack Anderson of Peralta; two daughters and one son, Sharon Cassidy, Boston, MA, Jack C. and his wife, Violet Sue Anderson, Peralta, NM, and Sue Ellen MacDonald, Scottsdale, AZ; five grandchildren and five great-granddaughters.
